We are looking for an experienced Marine Diesel Systems Technician with a strong work ethic.

Ability to perform complex mechanical repairs and installs

Must be comfortable working on all boat systems, engines by Cat, Cummins, Yanmar, Volvo and familiar with working on onboard plumbing systems, and hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and making needed repairs
Familiarity with ABYC guidelines (certifications a plus!)
Perform related duties assigned or as the situation dictates
Maintain updated knowledge of product and industry trends and methods
Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits
Maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion
Work overtime when needed
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Valid driver’s license

Boatyard Systems Technician, all locations

We are looking for experienced Boatyard Systems Technicians with a strong work ethic at multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform all seasonal preventative maintenance (i.e. oil changes, replacing belts and hoses, winterizing engines and systems, etc.)
Evaluate and repair faulty mechanical systems
Troubleshoot 12/24 volt DC systems and generators
Perform related duties assigned or as the situation dictates
Maintain updated knowledge of product and industry trends and methods
Maintain awareness of and continually practice safe work habits
Maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion
Work overtime when needed
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to comprehend and utilize technical service manuals to facilitate repairs and maintenance
